Somewhy the texture of the diamond and golden hoe, the golden shovel and pick axe, the compass, fishing rod, clock, leather, chain and golden armor, and a few food stays the original. I used mcpatcher. What could be the problem?

The first thing that I noticed is that there are a few missing textures such as the iron golem, the mooshroom, the compass, and quite a few of the saplings to name a few. I’m wondering if this was an issue with the pack or an issue with the download, or is it just something on my end that I screwed up?
Some of the textures aren’t complete. Can you please fix this? I would like to see this texture pack at it’s fullest! It’s really great so far. I just need the textures to be complete so I can use it all the time
Very nice texture pack but I noticed some textures are missing. Specifically on some stained glass, armor, and some saplings. Is this my computer, or will this get fixed?
